INDIVIDUAL PROTECTIVE MEASURES

Have you, or someone you know, been a victim of a crime?

In today's society, personal protection is necessary. Law enforcement officers exist to investigate crimes and attempt to apprehend criminals. However, protection of individual citizens is simply not in their job description.

So you cannot always expect law enforcement officers to be present at every place where a crime is being committed on persons. Some of this responsibility rest with individuals to try to protect themselves and family from the criminal element.

If you were walking the street and about to become a victim of a violent crime right now.

• Would you have time to reach your cell phone and dial 911?

• If you get on the cell phone would you have time to tell the police your location?

• If you reach the operator, how long would it take to get police through the 911 system to arrive?

• It takes less than two seconds to draw a gun and fire. Do you believe that the police will be able to arrive and save you before the two seconds have elapsed?

According to the FBI, Atlanta has over 3 times the national average in violent crimes and has the highest murder rate in the nation! Due to the sharp rise, the likelihood of you or a loved ones becoming a victim has increased at an alarming rate.

If you're are going to carry a firearm for personal protection you need to be proficient with it!   

WHAT I DO

I take the law abiding citizen and train him or her how to fight with a firearm. This is more than just pointing a weapon at a target and pulling the trigger.

NRA statistics say that there is only 5% of gun owns who seek professional firearms training.

There is simply no excuse for being incompetent with a firearm, if you're going to carry or have one for self-defense.

Just because your boyfriend, girlfriend, relative or significant other is or was a police officer, or in the military, or just because they go to the range and shoot, does not make him or her an "effective instructor".

Do not let your mind tell you otherwise. You must have the  proper training to prepare yourself for a confrontation, you will not raise to the occasion, you will default to the level of training you have mastered. For some that is none at all.
